Plasma Quest can conduct proto-type depositions and deposit multiple samples per deposition.

Our carousel arrangement allows for the coating of up to nine wafers per deposition.

For smaller devices Plasma Quest can manufacture bespoke jigs to also accommodate multiple devices per deposition using their standard setup (depending on the size and shape of the device).
